An established IFA require a Team Manager to join their supportive and established staff team, providing support to services across their surrounding regions.

This role is fully home based with associated travel as required to offer support to staff and carers. The staff team is currently 4 Supervising Social Workers, covering the South West and Hampshire regions

You will be / have:

• A qualified social worker
• SWE registered
• Strong ‘hands on’ experience within the fostering sector
• Excellent knowledge of fostering legislation, policies and procedures
• Good QA skills
• Previous staff management / supervisory experience
• Ambitious and keen to further develop your career within fostering.
• A car owner / driver
• Be prepared to travel across the regions

Salary is £47,500 + £3,500 car allowance + benefits, including BUPA and a strong contributory pension scheme.
