A small and established IFA require a Fostering Team Manager to join their supportive and established staff team, providing support to carers and the Registered Manager across their West Midlands  region. This role is home based but will require some travel to the office in south Birmingham.

 You will be / have:

• A qualified social worker
• SWE registered
• Current / recent experience within the fostering sector
• Excellent knowledge of fostering legislation, policies and procedures
• Have creativity, drive and ambition around growing and nurturing a fostering service
• Previous staff support / supervisory experience
• A car owner / driver

Salary is £49,000 + 45ppm + benefits.
