An established IFA require a Fostering Registered Manager to join their service and staff team, providing support to carers across Bristol and South West regions.

This role is suitable for an existing Ofsted Registered Manager or for a strong and ambitious Fostering Team Manager with staff supervisory experience, who wishes to take that next ‘step up’ in their career. You will guide and develop their service and support a small staff team.

You will be / have:

• A qualified social worker
• SWE registered
• Strong experience within the fostering sector
• Strong staff supervisory experience
• Excellent knowledge of fostering legislation, policies and procedures
• Have creativity, drive and ambition around growing and nurturing a fostering service
• A car owner / driver
