An established, family feel and stable Ofsted “good’ rated IFA require a Registered Manager to join their stable, supportive and established staff team, providing support to staff and carers across regions such as the Midlands / Oxon / Bucks. They have a solid therapeutic ethos.
This is a home-based role with some travel; hence location can be flexible (ideally with good access to the M1 / M40 / M42).
You will support a staff team of 6 social workers, a team manager and freelance Form F assessors and admin support.
All carers and staff are therapeutically trained, with a clear focus on best outcomes for the young people in their care.
You will be / have:
- A qualified social worker
- SWE registered
- Strong experience within the fostering sector, ideally from an IFA, as a Team or Registered Manager
- Prior experience of holding Ofsted registration
- Excellent knowledge of fostering legislation, policies and procedures
- Excellent staff management and supervisory experience
- Creative and motivated by service development opportunity
- A car owner / driver
- Be prepared to travel across the regions as required.
