A small, growing and family-owned NOT FOR PROFIT FA require a Registered Manager to join and lead their providing support to carers across the East regions. This IFA was recently awarded a “Good’ rating by Ofsted and offers home / flexible hybrid working.

The responsibilities of the role will be to provide support, guidance and supervision to a small eam including a supervising social worker, whilst growing and developing the business to improve services to placing authorities and to meet the needs of current and future children and young people, and their families.

Currently the service has 5 children in placement, with carers currently going through assessment.

You will be / have:

• A qualified social worker
• SWE registered
• Strong ‘hands on’ experience within the fostering sector
• Excellent knowledge of fostering legislation, policies and procedures
• Exceptional staff management / supervisory experience
• An excellent understanding of Ofsted requirements within the fostering sector
• A car owner / driver
• Be prepared to travel

Salary is to £57,000 + 28 days leave (+BH) + mileage
