An established and highly ethical, outcomes focused and Ofsted “Outstanding” IFA require a Fostering Registered Manager to join their service and staff team, providing support to carers across the North East regions.

This is a hybrid / home-based role, with travel required to a local office 1 day /week.

This organisation also offers flexible working options.

You will manage a staff team of Team Manager / Supervising Social Workers, with support from a placement and education team and support workers.

This role is suitable for an existing Registered Manager or for a strong and ambitious Fostering Team Manager with staff supervisory experience, who wishes to take that next ‘step up’ in their career.

You will be / have:

• A qualified social worker
• SWE registered
• Strong experience within the fostering sector
• Strong staff supervisory experience
• Excellent knowledge of fostering legislation, policies and procedures
• Have creativity, drive and ambition around growing and nurturing a fostering service
• A car owner / driver
