An established, “Good” and family-owned IFA require a Fostering / Registered Manager to join their service and staff team, providing support to carers across the South West regions – Bristol / Somerset and Devon.
This is a hybrid / home-based role, hence there is flexibility in location for the right applicant across these regions. You will be required to travel across the region to the office bases on a rolling basis, but otherwise the role is predominantly home based.
This role is suitable for an existing Registered Manager or for a strong and ambitious Fostering Team Manager with staff supervisory experience, who wishes to take that next ‘step up’ in their career.
You will be / have:
- A qualified social worker
- SWE registered
- Strong experience within the fostering sector
- Strong staff supervisory experience
- Excellent knowledge of fostering legislation, policies and procedures
- Creativity, drive and ambition around growing and nurturing a fostering service
- A car owner / driver and be prepared to travel across the SW region as required.
