A stable, established and “Good’ rated IFA require a Fostering / Registered Manager to join their service and staff team, providing support to carers across the Staffordshire and surrounding regions.

This is a hybrid-based role; you will need to be commuting distance from their Staffordshire based office.

The team and foster carer base are very stable, offering a lovely working environment and great career opportunity.

This role is suitable for an existing Registered Manager or for a strong and ambitious Fostering Team Manager with staff supervisory experience, who wishes to take that next ‘step up’ in their career. With support from a Regional Manager, you will guide and develop their service and support a small staff team.

You will be / have:

• A qualified social worker
• SWE registered
• Strong experience within the fostering sector – ideally an IFA
• Strong staff supervisory experience
• Excellent knowledge of fostering legislation, policies and procedures
• Have creativity, drive and ambition around growing and nurturing a fostering service
• A car owner / driver
