An established and family-owned IFA require a Fostering / Registered Manager to join their service and staff team, providing support to carers across the South Central regions – primarily Hampshire / Berkshire / Dorset.

This is a home-based role, hence there is flexibility in location for the right applicant across these regions. You will manage a small staff team of 3 Supervising Social Workers, with support from a Deputy Manager.

This role is suitable for an existing Registered Manager or for a strong and ambitious Fostering Team Manager with staff supervisory experience, who wishes to take that next ‘step up’ in their career.

You will be / have:

• A qualified social worker
• SWE registered
• Strong experience within the fostering sector
• Strong staff supervisory experience
• Excellent knowledge of fostering legislation, policies and procedures
• Have creativity, drive and ambition around growing and nurturing a fostering service
• A car owner / driver
