A family owned and established IFA require a Team Manager to join their supportive and established staff team, providing support to carers and the Registered Manager across their Devon and Cornwall regions. This role is hybrid / home based but will require some travel to the office in south Devon 2 days / week.

 You will be / have:

• A qualified social worker
• SWE registered
• Current / recent experience within the fostering sector
• Excellent knowledge of fostering legislation, policies and procedures
• Have creativity, drive and ambition around growing and nurturing a fostering service
• Previous staff support / supervisory experience
• A car owner / driver

This role is supporting a team of 4 Supervising Social Workers and offers the opportunity to join a stable and successful fostering “Good’ rated service in the SW region.

Salary is to £52,000, with benefits.
