£65,000 + car allowance + bonus opportunity
An established and family-owned IFA require a Fostering Registered Manager to join their service and staff team, providing support to carers and staff across the North West and West Midlands regions.
This is a hybrid / home-based role, hence there is flexibility in location for the right applicant across these regions. You will manage a staff team of 6 Supervising Social Workers, with support from a Practice Manager.

This role is suitable for an existing Registered Manager or for a strong and ambitious Fostering Team Manager with strong staff supervisory experience, who wishes to take that next ‘step up’ in their career.
You will be / have:
- A qualified social worker
- SWE registered
- Strong experience within the fostering sector
- Strong staff supervisory experience
- Excellent knowledge of fostering legislation, policies and procedures
- Have creativity, drive and ambition around growing and nurturing a fostering service
- A car owner / driver

Annual leave is 30 days + BH + benefits.
