An Ofsted “Outstanding” IFA (2025) requires an experience Registered Manager to lead and support their family-owned fostering service.

With a strong internal management structure, a supportive senior team, stable carer base and wider wrap around services, this IFA is a strong and established presence in the fostering market.

This IFA are looking for a Fostering Registered Manager with strong staff leadership skills and a comprehensive and proven experience of leading Ofsted inspections to join their team and further develop services and maintain and grow their exceptional reputation – both within the market and with Ofsted.

With an office base in the West Midlands, this is a hybrid role with travel required to the office 3 days / week.

Renumeration is to £90,000 + car allowance + benefits (salary may be negotiable for an experienced and exceptional applicant – please enquire)
