A small, therapeutic IFA with an excellent reputation is looking for a Team / Practice Manager to join their team based in Staffordshire.

This is a hybrid working role: with some home-based working, with some travel to the office, although this can be negotiable to suit a strong applicant.

As Practice Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager. You will be aiding in the support and supervision of a small staff team of supervising social workers and support workers.

You will be / have:

• A qualified Social Worker
• SWE registration
• Significant prior experience of working directly within a fostering team / IFA
• Prior experience of staff support / supervision
• A confident decision maker
• An excellent communicator with the ability to form strong working relationships both internally and externally
• Previous staff support / supervisory experience
• A car driver and be prepared to travel across the region

The salary is to £46,000 + car allowance + excellent benefits, and a lovely working environment.

This role will suit an existing Team Manager or a Fostering Senior Practitioner, looking for career progression.
