A family-owned IFA is looking for a Deputy Operations Director to support their services across the North West and Nottinghamshire regions.
This role will suit a current Fostering Regional Manager or an ambitious, strategic and commercially minded Registered Manager who is looking for that next ‘step up’ in their career.
The role will involve travel to the registered offices (including some travel to the Head Office in the South West) and will focus on practice / development / safeguarding within the regions – guiding, supporting, and advising the existing Ofsted Registered Managers
Brief overview of role:
- To ensure the smooth, efficient, and productive operation of regional departments.
- Establish and implement policies and processes that optimise operational effectiveness and efficiency, promote regulatory compliance exceeded by best practice, and a child-focussed culture across all departments.
- Maintain strategic oversight of policies and processes, relevant legislation, practice standards KPI’s and safeguarding data providing monthly reports the Board including the identification of risks and opportunities.
- Work with the registered managers to ensure their development plans are aligned with strategic objectives through regular supervision, communication and guidance.
- Coach, support and motivate the registered managers to evaluate and develop their own practice standards, to enhance their team’s performance and optimise service delivery.
Salary is to £80,000 + PRP scheme + 28 days leave (+ BH) + NEST pension scheme
